Non-Ferrous Cutting Saw Blades

Applications

Use this saw blade when cutting thin walled non-ferrous extrusions and tubing where the wall thickness is .080″ to .250″ thick.

The design is for use where close tolerances are mandatory on the material.

This design was also made for machines that have clamping mechanisms to hold the material to be cut.

  • 0º hook angle.
  • Modified alternate top bevel with corner breaks.
  • Corner breaks allow the saw to handle more aggressive

BE CAREFUL. Always wear eye and ear protection along with dust masks. Avoid using bits while in loose clothing. Keep hands, body, clothing and hair away from the cutter. Do not remove safety guards, and be sure to always feed against the cutter rotation. Never use dull or damaged cutters.
