Applications

  • For mounting tools on horizontal non-threaded shafts, that do not thread
  • For mounting tools on vertical non-threaded shafts, that do not thread
  • Sleeve centers itself and the tool as the nut tightens. When using a collapsible collet system

  • The open end standard sleeve can mount anywhere on the shaft
  • Accurately centers tooling on the shaft
  • Easily moves to different locations on the shaft

Technical Information

  • Bore diameters of 1-13/16″ or 2-1/8″
  • Key is 3/8” on the sleeve
  • 30 degree taper on cones
  • Body thickness of the tool affects capacity
  • When ordering know: right hand or left hand rotation, body thickness of tool and bore diameter

NOTE:  The open end standard sleeve is available in any length to customer specifications. Available in 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″,and 8″ capacities.
